Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Flora.

2. Competition Period
The competition will be held at the East Coast Radio Summer Bootcamp Event on November 9th, 2024.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all attendees of the event who are 18 years or older.
• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Flora and East Coast Radio, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  
  

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete their details on the provided tablet and take part in the Flora challenge at the event.
• Each valid entry will be automatically entered into the grand prize draw.
  
  

5. Prizes
Three (3) grand prizes are available to be won:

1. Botthms Massage Gun
2. Samsung Smart Watch
3. Under Armour Voucher worth R2000

• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items.
• In the event of prize unavailability, Flora reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  
  

6. Prize Draw

• Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the event.
• Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the event via the contact details provided during entry.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be drawn.
  
  

7. Consent & Data Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to Flora collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering this competition, in accordance with data protection laws.
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary for competition administration.
  
  

8. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that Flora may use their name and/or image in any promotional material related to this competition, including announcements of the winners, unless they opt out at the time of entry.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• Flora is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or human errors that may result in entries not being successfully submitted.
• Flora will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.
  
  

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Flora regarding this competition, which are final and binding.
  
  

11. Right to Amend

• Flora reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or terminate the competition if necessary.
  
  

12. Governing Law

• This competition and its Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
